Stainless steel Jewelry - A steel with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass and a maximum of 1.2% carbon by mass. Stainless steels are most notable for their corrosion resistance aka rust-free.
My jewelry is turning color, what do I do?
we guarantee 1-2 years or longer. Our jewelry is waterproof but unless real gold, any of metal over time will lose luster. Here are some tips to help your items last longer.
Each persons oils can make each metal react differently. We are not responsible for your skins reaction to metal or vise versa. Feel free to use a mild jewelry cleaner on 14K Gold, & Gold Filled jewelry. Stainless Steel & Gold Plated jewelry will turn naturally over time, but there's no way to reverse this.

Orders will be shipped out 1-4 days after purchase.
Where does Knature ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the US. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
How much does it cost to ship my items?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders standard delivery over $200 and free international shipping for orders over $250.
How long till I get my GBK?
We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you just can’t wait. Items that are custom by order are shipped out 1-2 weeks after purchase. Items in stock are shipped out 2 days after purchase.
- Standard delivery (1-5 days transit): FREE for orders over $180. $16 for orders under $100. *Excludes HI, Alaska, PR
- Expedited shipping (1-3 days transit): $12 for all orders
How can I track my purchase?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your door. You may also view the status of your order when you log into your Account page.
How will my item arrive?
Your GBK pieces will arrive individually wrapped and sealed to ensure they safely get to you. We recommend a jewelry organizer for storage, and a pouch for travel.

Help! Can I return my product?
If you’re not totally vibing on your new Items for any reason, we accept returns within 10 business days of purchase on NON SALE ITEMS ONLY and items over 15%. All returns must be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused and returned in original packaging. You will be refunded to your original form of payment once we receive the package. Please note, your return for shipping are not refunded. Make sure to get a tracking number when you return so your package can arrive safely.
If you purchased your item on sale, it is eligible for Exchange or Credit only within 7-10 days of shipment on items placed at full price without using a discount or sale of 15% or higher.
Damaged Items are exchange only or store credit.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Where should I drop off my return or exchange package?
Just drop the package off at any USPS Office/collection box, UPS store or FedEx store. But don’t forget to get a tracking code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also easily pay via PayPal.
Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?
At this time, you can only use one code at check out. Please chose the code you would prefer to use more.
What are GBK’s pieces made of?
GBK’s pieces are hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials including vermeil gold, sterling silver, and aged Patina gold plated brass and more. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.
How should I care for my GBK pieces?
To keep your GBK pieces at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Pieces that are not solid gold should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean.
