Shipping, Risk & Made-to-Order Policy

  • Carrier Responsibility: After your package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, transit issues (loss, theft, delay, mis-delivery) are the carrier’s responsibility. A claim can be filed and all packages are insured up to $200

  • Delivered Packages: Packages marked “Delivered” are considered fulfilled. If theft is suspected, please file a report with your local authorities and contact the carrier immediately. The Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged packages once it is in the carriers possession. 

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Returned/re-shipped packages may require additional postage.

  • Pre-Order / Made-to-Order: Pre-order and made-to-order pieces require production time. These orders are final sale once production begins and are not eligible for cancellation due to timeline changes.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    Please consider that each KNATURE some items are made to order. All sales are final when purchased with a discount of 15% of higher. All clearance is final sale. If you are unhappy with your purchase, and paid with no discount, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 7 of the arrival of your purchase. For domestic , return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

Shipping Time

Majority of my jewelry is made to order in studio. Please allow 5 business days for production and processing before your order shipped out. For hand sculpted items, please allow 1 weeks. I always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

What makes your products eco-conscious?

We use Stainless Steel because it doesn't harm the person making or wearing it & it's corrosion resistant. Tested & considering it to be eco-friendly by US standards.

Why do you use Stainless Steel?

We love stainless steel because it doesn't harm the person making or wearing it & it's corrosion resistant.

What is Stainless Steel?

Stainless steel Jewelry - A steel with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass and a maximum of 1.2% carbon by mass. Stainless steels are most notable for their corrosion resistance aka rust-free.

My jewelry is turning color, what do I do?

we guarantee 1-2 years or longer. Our jewelry is waterproof but unless real gold, any of metal over time will lose luster. Here are some tips to help your items last longer. 

Each persons oils can make each metal react differently. We are not responsible for your skins reaction to metal or vise versa. Feel free to use a mild jewelry cleaner on 14K Gold, & Gold Filled jewelry. Stainless Steel & Gold Plated jewelry will turn naturally over time, but there's no way to reverse this.

•our brass is heavily plated and coated with an anti-tarnish finish, 

•The beauty of our stainless steel jewelry is that it's thick Gold Plated & when it turns, it fades to a lovely ombre of Gold & Silver.

Where does Knature ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

How much does it cost to ship my items?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders standard delivery over $200 and free international shipping for orders over $250.

How long till I get my order?

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you just can’t wait. Items that are custom by order can shipped out 3 days on ready to ship and up to 2-4 weeks for back order and pre order purchase.  

  • How can I track my purchase?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your door. You may also view the status of your order when you log into your Account page.

How will my item arrive?

Your KNATURE pieces will arrive individually wrapped and sealed to ensure they safely get to you. We recommend a jewelry organizer for storage, and a pouch for travel.

Returns and Exchanges

Please consider that each KNATURE piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 7-10 days of the arrival of your purchase. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.How long does it take to process a return?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also easily pay via PayPal.

Why was my credit card declined?

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at hell@knaturethelabel.com


Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?

At this time, you can only use one code at check out. Please chose the code you would prefer to use more.

What are GBK’s pieces made of?

GBK’s pieces are hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials including vermeil gold, sterling silver, and aged Patina gold plated brass and more. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page. 

How should I care for my GBK pieces?

To keep your GBK pieces at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Pieces that are not solid gold should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean.
