All Knature creations are made to order in studio. Please note that I allow myself 5 business days for production and processing before shipping out your order. For handbags & accessories please allow up 2-5 business days. For hand sculpted, and custom gold-plated items please allow 1 week. I always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

RETURNS
Please consider that each Knature piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 10 days of the arrival of your purchase. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

- Orders placed on sale, 15% or more, and or clearance are final sale, no cancellations.

- If your item was purchased using a first order discount code of 15% of greater, or a sale, all items are exchange only/gift card.
- For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.Damaged items can be exchanged or replaced up to one year.
- Please keep tracking number when you return, so your package can arrive safely.
Loss & Insurance
Please be sure that the delivery address provided is both secure and correct. For orders over $100 we will automatically include insurance with your shipping. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
